Can anyone help me with the wording of a letter? We cannot invite all the family to the wedding as we can only have 60 and the family is quite big. We wanted to write a letter to to family who we cant invite and let them know that we can't invite them due to cost and space limitations etc... We will only be inviting few aunts and uncles but not everyone just so we have family representation at the wedding, also that because of this we would like to hold a family party before the wedding as a get together in a hall somewhere, so they don't feel left out etc.. how can I word this without offending anyone and hope they understand. Help!!!
